Attending briefing sessions, understanding them and preparing proposals

Preparing project plans, allocating resources and executing as per the schedule

Quality control of all projects/interactions with client as per company standards

Ensure client satisfaction at all times and with all deliverables

Manage project process from brief to final output

Ensure adherence to processes and standards

Collection of payments and billing as per A/c procedures

Meeting business targets

Ensure organic business development and develop/support new business development initiatives

Mac Operators/Graphic Designers/Visualizers (Production Executive)

Layout support

Design new product graphics/designs/packaging/brand communication

Color correction, and other print media requirements

Interacting with production/Marketing Team for designs
